Theodora’s practice is focused on general civil litigation and land use issues. She serves as a local counsel appointee for the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT), where she represents VDOT in eminent domain/condemnation cases. Theodora also represents other entities in a variety of land use matters.

Theodora has also litigated general civil matters, focusing on employment law. In this capacity, she achieved successful resolutions to workplace issues at the local and federal level. As a law student at Rutgers School of Law, Theodora was Vice-President of the Association for Public Interest Law, student attorney for the Children’s Justice Clinic, and an active participant in Pro Bono programs in Camden, New Jersey.
