Summer has drawn to a close, and election season is looming. In the politically spirited DMV area, it is inevitable that political signs will begin sprouting on the side or within the medians of every major roadway in the area – as well as in front yards of homes. In any community association, some members won’t mind; others will, particularly when the covenants or rules do not appear to allow the placement of these types of signs. If and when the neighborhood becomes overrun with political signs, it’s probably the case that someone will ask your Board to explain your policy regarding these types of signs. A Campaign in the Association
When you call or e-mail Ms. Trammel, please include the number and names of people attending, and the name of the association or company. Please limit the number of representatives from a single association or management company to 2 individuals. We will try to accommodate everyone; however, we need to allocate space in a fair manner so that all who wish to can attend. Attendance is limited to the first 25 individuals who register. Lunch will be provided to all attendees.
This Luncheon is a complimentary service for our clients and fellow community association professionals.
