This year’s legislative session did not yield many new statutes or amendments that impact Maryland community associations; however, the following is an overview of those changes which will be effective as of October 1, 2014, unless otherwise noted.  In addition, we will briefly review a few other noteworthy changes to local laws as well as case law. When you call or e-mail Ms. Trammel, please include the number and names of people attending, and the name of the association or company. Please limit the number of representatives from a single association or management company to 2 individuals. We will try to accommodate everyone; however, we need to allocate space in a fair manner so that all who wish to can attend. Attendance is limited to the first 25 individuals who register. Lunch will be provided to all attendees.

This Luncheon is a complimentary service for our clients and fellow community association professionals.
